A lovely, recently renovated, self-contained annexe to our house, set in a picturesque, very peaceful, rural setting. The views south are magnificent. Own entrance, kitchen and bathroom (shower but no bath). A great location from which to see Belfast and the northern part of N. Ireland, including the Glens of Antrim and Giant's Causeway.

Game of Thrones locations are not far, (we are 45 minutes drive from the Dark Hedges).

In summer, Richard may be flying his hot air balloon!

The space
Our guest annexe is attached to our cottage but completely separate with own entrance. The bedroom is above the kitchen and bathroom, accessed via stairs. Private parking next to the front door. Lovely walks on private tracks as the property is very secluded but not too far to get into Belfast. We provide a welcome pack (breakfast items, milk, tea, coffee etc.) Let us know if you have any specific requirements, so you can settle in straight away. We can direct you to local pubs to eat or arrange a taxi to the stop for the 20 minute shuttle into Belfast.

A rural location (1/2 miles off the public road from Doagh) and with lovely views south, towards Belfast which is 12 miles away. There are pubs (which serve food) within 3 miles. Five Corners pub near Ballyclare or the Holestone Restuarant (at Tweedies pub) in Parkgate.

Married to Fiona who is a dentist, locally. Oliver is our 14 yr old son and we love living in this part of Northern Ireland. Our location is a great contrast between being very rural with fantastic views but also an excellent location for visiting anywhere in Northern Ireland. I'm a keen cyclist and this area is fantastic for rides along the coast or through empty, undulating hills.
