Spacious apartment of 90 sq m, which is located in the authentic center of the city. It's on 5 min walking distance from NDK, VITOSHA str, Sofia University and National Stadium. Once you enter in our place you feel both cozy and elegant. A great combination between wood and stone. It is furnished with beautiful designers furniture, modern paintings. We have put a lot of effort to create a unique atmosphere with very good lights. The Balcony gives a great view and it's a great option for smokers.

The space
The BEDROOM is with king size bed, really comfortable with adjustable mechanism for each side.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, to cook your meals.

In a very bohemian living room atmosphere, there are two big couches with (160/190) sleeping space, flat SMART TV and well assembled lights.

It's an old building, build in 1956 with a historical significance and as most of the buildings in this area there is NO ELEVATOR. It on 5th floor, so you have to climb stairs. I am always offering my help with the suitcases.
The advantage is a great terrace panoramic view to the university and National palace of culture.

In the building there is a bank, pharmacy and tobacco&alcohol store.

The privilege of this excellent location are two parks in the district, nice and cozy restaurants, grocery stores, laundry, many fast food. A metro station which you take from the Air port is 250m from the apartment. Evenings here are quite and romantic. You can feel safe and secure in this neighborhood, where you can take a relaxing walk in the surrounding parks. On the ground level of building there is a bank, pharmacy, super market and a grocery store.
