Welcome to a bright, spacious and comfortable apartment with 2 terraces in a quiet and green neighbourhood on the top floor in the 3-store building, still 20 minutes drive away from all major city spots. You will love to come back to this apartment after all day of exploring the city and its surroundings, or just enjoy cosy staying in for some great rest and relaxing.

The space
The apartment is oriented on three sides so there is a lot of sunlight and a beautiful view of green and forest all day long. The apartment can accommodate 6 adults (2 bedrooms with double bed and a double bed in living room), plus 1 on the mattress. The swimming pool and spa area with saunas and gym are located 1 minute by walk and can be used for a very affordable price. There is also free tennis, football ad basketball court 1-minute walk from the apartment. The heating is easily controlled with a thermometer in the apartment. Private parking in the garage is available as well as free outside parking spots. Free wifi is available.

You can find a small shop, a very nice coffee bar and the pharmacy only 50 m from the apartment. All the major grocery shops are 5 minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is very well connected with the city centre by public transport (bus and city train). The bus station is 50 m from the apartment, while the train station is 15 min far by walking or 2 minutes away by car. You also use Uber or Bolt. IKEA is located 10 minutes by car.
