Beach house guests are welcome to use the included watersport equipment. There are 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, a trampoline (no netting, please use at your own risk and supervise children), ring toss game, badminton game, sand toys, etc. Indoor games included are board games, cards, poker set, etc.

Beach house features Smart 58" TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, blue-tooth high performance soundbar speaker with woofer, stylish decor furniture, top line stainless steel appliances, well water tested, 3 water filtration systems plus a water softener, high efficiency furnace/central air conditioning with HVAC and moisture filtration system. Cottage kitchen is fully equipped with high quality cookware/kitchenware; Nespresso classic coffee machine, regular coffee machine, silent dishwasher, convention smooth cooktop range with exhaust fan, front load washer/dryer, ceiling fan, beautiful deck and 4 season sun-room with heated floor tiles overlooking 5 KM long sandy beach!

House is fully stocked with organic spices, herbs & seasonings - Firepit with Muskoka chairs - wood and fireworks available for purchase up the street at 2 gas stations and Home Hardware. - Axe & lighters available - 2 lounge chairs - Outdoor swing that converts to a swinging bed/lounger - special welcome basket with goodies and housecoats supplied to pamper guests. Enjoy!

The area is habitated by thousands of enchanting birds that migrate to the marshlands behind the beach road, ranked as one of the most important bird santuaries in the world! Eco-tourism for bird lovers is becoming ever so popular!

The long sandy beach is a highlight in Summer and don't forget your golf clubs as Manipogo Golf and Country Club is just a few minutes away. You can also visit Manipogo Café for a bite to eat.

Spring and Fall and in Winter the ice fishing, snowshoeing, kite snow boarding is popular since there is often wind off the open lake, cross country off trail skiing and more.

There is a great ice-cream place in town just a few minutes drive away with a Chinese food restaurant next door/attached. For more Canadian fare, check out Manipogo Cafe at the golf course, the MTT at Petro Canada on Hwy 6 & Twin Beach Road (they have amazing poutine, and anything with turkey is great as they cook a fresh one onsite). The MTT also doubles as a pub/sports bar with large screen TV/danceclub/pool hall and beer vendor.

Le Dépanneur (at the Esso station) is a convenience store and MLC wine and liquor store. It offers grocery items, take away foods like pizza (by the slice or order a whole pizza for pick up - quite delicious thin crust!), samosas and ice cream bars.

The Home Hardware store is handy for all your household needs such as extra toilet paper, foil, saran wrap, dog/cat food. You can purchase fireworks there, at the MTT and/or at Le Dépanneur but please be careful to dispose properly and make sure they are dug far into the sand facing the lake before setting off.

For people who appreciate a quality butcher, you will LOVE Interlake Packers on Hwy 6 between Twin Beach Rd and the town of St. Laurent.

There is a very friendly Church community in town as well as a postal service, a pharmacy, a farmer's market and more.

The lake is wonderful for swimming, water sports (water skiing, knee boarding, kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, tubing and more!).

Fishing is a 4 season activity in the area. The town also has a skating rink, a legion club, community centre, 2 schools with playgrounds and more.
