Enjoy lazy mornings and starry nights in this beautiful and cozy wooden cabin. This is the perfect romantic getaway, 45 mins from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport by car or train. We're on a private 10.000 m2 property in an ecological, rural area, just to the north of town.

The space
We decorated and designed the cabin for people who love cocooning and comfort and also like the outdoor feel. The living room, which has large windows looking out on the garden, has a well equipped kitchen and comfortable places to sit and read. Although there is central heating in the cabin, there is a wood stove for a romantic feel in autumn and winter. A (dining) table provides also for a good workspace with plenty of outlets.

Outside, on the spacious wooden decking, you will find a cozy picnic table and a Weber BBQ. Also two comfortable chairs if you want to sit outdoors. On the green roof, 12 solar panels generate most of the cabin's electricity.

The kitchen is well stocked with a gas stove, an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle. A microwave is in the utility room.

The bedroom has a large twin bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with two matrasses and a topper. We can turn it into two separate beds on request.

Fast free WiFi. There is no TV in the cabin.
Our tap water is of perfect quality: no need to buy water in plastic bottles!

We are situated just to the north of Lelystad in an ecological, rural area with open spaces and woodlands, perfect for walks and bike rides. Right next door, situated in a spacious green room, you can enjoy a coffee, breakfast or lunch. There are some nice restaurants at the waterfront (of the IJsselmeer) and when you like shopping, fashion outlet Batavia Stad is heaven.
