Two bedroom cottage located on our sheep and beef farm, 10km south of Owaka. Nice and quiet with only the birds to wake you in the morning. Plenty of bushwalks, waterfalls and beaches to explore nearby.

Freeview TV and plenty of DVD's, board games, toys, books and magazines available.

Cell phone reception at the cottage is patchy (depending on your mobile provider) but there is reception at the end of the driveway. There is no Wifi. Wifi is available in Owaka at the library and cafes.

Other things to note
The separate toilet is adjoined to the cottage and is a couple of steps outside the front door.
