Its a modern home, close to train (5 mins) and bus, easy access to town and visitor friendly. The room is a good size and very comfortable. It has its own private bathroom, Its light and airy with reverse cycle, a ceiling fan, and a very comfortable king size bed. Candles and portable heaters are not permitted. Beautiful garden spots to sit and enjoy and also a lap pool. You are most welcome to use the kitchen, and laundry etc and wifi provided. Happy to assist in any way I can. WELCOME.

The space
Being 5mins from the train means you have easy access to the city of Perth or Freemantle, and can shop in Claremont quarter, or Subiaco. Burglar alarms are turned off when there are guests so that people can come and go, but you will still see the light of the motion monitor, it is not a camera.

Hi, I'm friendly and helpful. My house is well organised and runs pretty smoothly. I have a gorgeous ragdoll cat called Raspa, but he's not allowed upstairs in the bedrooms. I can get by in French and Spanish. I love airbnb, both hosting and guesting, dont know what we all did without it ....... well, we all just paid too much for hotel accomodation lol
