Bright two bedroom house, with large lounge and very sunny conservatory.
Within 10 minutes walk to ILT Stadium and Velodrome, 5 minutes to local tavern and 10 minutes to another. Local shops with takeaways, chemist, restaurant within 10 minutes walk.
Truck Museum 4 minutes drive and Motorcycle Mecca around 8 minutes drive.
Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away.

The space
Guests will have the kitchen, lounge, bathroom and conservatory, all to themselves.
There is a heat pump and wood fire. There will be some fire wood available for use.
Ken and I spend from November to April in a room at the back of house, with our own amenities, entrance. We come and go and are not always around.

During your stay

Ken and I are available 4 months of the year then we will have a housekeeper that will come to look after property.
We are very friendly and more than happy to assist guests with anything
