We recently finished remodeling this spacious ranch home in Nicholasville Ky and are extremely excited to share it with future guests. It looks brand new on the inside and has an awesome oasis in the backyard when the weather is nice. It is close to all the great things to do in Lexington including Keeneland and the University of Kentucky. Mattresses are top of the line and will ensure you have a very comfortable stay.

The space
The beds are extremely comfortable and you will get a better sleep here than any hotel!

A queen and twin sized air mattress are available for extra guests. (8 maximum) please let us know correct number of guests before hand so we can have home appropriately set up.

Also enjoy breakfast or cup of coffee on the glassed in back patio or out by the Koi pond where you will meet our pet Koi fish.

All TV’s in the home have basic cable channels. The 65” smart TV in the common area can access Netflix, Hulu, prime, etc through new smart TV.

Master bathroom has tile shower and large size jetted tub.

We enjoy traveling with our 5 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We also enjoy hosting guests in our homes in Kentucky while we travel. Airbnb is a great tool for travelers and hosts and we recommend it to everyone. We love airbnb and use it every where we go as well. Real estate is a passion of ours and we enjoy seeing the world and experiencing it while staying in airbnb rentals. KC is from Kentucky and Kaysie is from Utah and we spend time between the two locations.
