Beautiful and comfortable fully equipped country house, with private guest pool and gourmet kitchen ideal for periods of rest in the countryside and family or friends gatherings. The house and all the land are walled and private of the guests.

The space
OUTDOOR AREA: private pool with gourmet kitchen and bathroom, grill, shower, grassy field, two covered garages, gardens, orchard, balcony with chair games and hammocks.

INDOOR AREA: Suite with double box bed, air conditioning and television; second room with two single box beds, air conditioning and smart tv; social bathroom, full kitchen, dining room and living room with smartv. We have enough extra mattresses for seven more adults (three double and one single). Great fiber optic internet suitable for home office and to attend class.

CONDOMINIUM: easy access, located on the banks of BR 408 (5 minutes from downtown Paudalho), over one hundred hectares of area, great for walking, running and cycling. Reserve of Atlantic forest where you can make trails and have greater contact with nature. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge and night watchman by motorcycle. In addition, inside the condominium there is a small convenience where you can buy food, drinks, ice, butter, cleaning products, in short, small purchases.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: pets are welcome; it is possible to host up to 12 people (number of people negotiable), nightly price varies according to the number of days and guests. At night the climate is mild, especially in the months of May to July, when the minimum can reach 19º. In addition to the beds, we have extra mattresses for about 6/8 people.
