This cozy three-bedroom home offers a retreat for the outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy all four seasons of Northern Michigan. From winter sports to summer boating, from fall color tours to spring wine tasting, this home is located in an ideal location to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The space
Are you coming to town to enjoy the trails on your snowmobile or bike, or looking for a place to hike? We are located just 600 feet from the Northeastern State Trail between mile markers 180 and 181. Perhaps you are coming to town to fish our plentiful inland lakes, rivers and streams. We are just minutes away from beautiful Mullett Lake and the Cheboygan River. Bring your boat with you and take a trip along the Inland Water Route (multiple boat launches within minutes) or rent a boat from one of the local marinas. Public swimming access just .5 miles away from this home.
We are conveniently located 4.5 miles from downtown Cheboygan, 18 miles from Indian River, 20 minutes from Mackinaw City, and 45 minutes from Petoskey.
Perfect for day trips to Mackinac Island, the majestic Mackinac Bridge which leads to the Upper Peninsula, the Tunnel of Trees, or any of our nearby attractions. If you are bringing your ATV along, we are just 20 minutes away from Black Mountain Recreational Area.
Whether you are coming up north to enjoy a quiet getaway for two, or you’re bringing the whole family with you, we are pleased to offer our space so you can relax, grill, use the full kitchen, or perhaps dine out at one of the local restaurants, which include Pier M33 and The Hackmatack Restaurant, both on the Cheboygan River.
