My place is only 8 minutes from downtown Spartanburg. Nearby colleges include: Sherman Chiropractic, USC Upstate, VCOM, Converse and Wofford. Spartanburg Regional is within a five minute drive. A grocery store, Waffle House and Dollar General are all within walking distance. The private room and the entire apartment is mostly decorated with unique paintings from friends and local artists. There is a 42” TV with cable in your room. The carpet is brand new!

The space
This second cozy space has everything you need! All of the common areas are yours to use. The bathroom would be shared with a second Airbnb bedroom if I happen to have both of my rooms booked. If not, it is a private bathroom. As an additional treat, there is a basket of snacks and chocolates in the room. There is also a hot/cold Keürig coffee maker available with 15+ types of coffee/teas. To-go cups are also available for guests on the go. I have a pool (available after 6:30pm M-F and all day on the weekends), jacuzzi, fire pit, gas grill and fitness room available on site! The room has a keypad doorknob for extra safety that automatically locks once closed.

I feel super safe here! Being in a gated community helps cut down on the potential unwanted guests who could be traveling nearby. I have never had any issues or have felt unsafe.
