Beautiful, luxurius, loft-style flat in an amazing just renovated building from the beginning of 20th century, open living area with a large kitchen, double bedroom for 2 guests and a sofa in living room for additional 2, modern new bathroom and a balcony. Light and airy, quiet location although just a 9 min walk to Main Train station and 18 min walk to the Old Town, peace and quiet. Shops and bars nearby. Netflix. Self check-in till 21:00! Perfect location to see Wroclaw Christmas Market! :)

The space
The flat is located in a newly renovated, stunning building from the 20th century (which you can see in the listing pictures) in an old part of Wroclaw just a 9 minutes walk from Wroclaw Main Train Station, on a small, quiet street just next to the Old Town's water moat, and a 18 minutes walk to the Old Market (Rynek). It's a great location if you are coming by train/bus - you can just walk to flat - no need for additional public transport/taxi. If you are flying in to Wroclaw Airport this is also very easy since there's a direct bus from the airport to the Wroclaw Main Train station. Nevertheless, since the windows face the inner courtyard it is peacefull and quite allowing you a good night rest.

The flat comfortably accommodates 4 people, feels like a holiday home being welcoming, spacious and bright. You will find everything you need to spend a great time in this apartment: A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee and a milk foam-maker for cappuccino lovers, tea (black, green), microwave, dishwasher, etc., to allow you to prepare a delicious breakfast of lunch :) If you prefer not to cook there are lovely coffee places and local bars to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will feel like in a 20th century loft thanks to a beuitiful bricked wall, tall ceiling, and huge windows facing south. Table to fit 4 people, a comfortable, foldable couch and a flat-screen SMART TV with NETFLIX and 90 channels (nationals and international). The flat also has a big balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Stream your favourite music to our bluetooth JBL speaker.

If you need to work during your stay we got you covered - there's a comfortable chair and a dedicated desk with a small lamp. Certainly there's a fast internet WiFi connection. Fresh bed-linen and towels provided, soap and shampoo also so you travel light. There are some candles for romantic evenings to enjoy :)

Secure & safe building equipped with CCTV cameras. You can park your car on the inner courtyard dedicated to inhabitats only. If you prefer there are paking spots on the street and there's no parking fee.

A separate bedroom with a double bed and a desk to work at. Fresh sheets provided.

Modern and stylish bathroom with a bathtub to relax. Fresh towels and soap provided. A huge wardrobe in the corridor to accommodate all your belongings.

Several local shops nearby. There's a Starbucks/Costa Coffee in the Train Station. 6 minutes away a big shopping mall (Galeria Dominikanska) with a big Carrefour, all types of restaurants and shops.

A perfect place for a week holiday or if you are coming for business-purposes.

Main Train Station is just 9 minutes away which is perfect if you are coming by Train or Bus. Also, if you flying to/from Wroclaw this is great news since there are direct buses from/to the train station and Wroclaw Airport! Additionally, this is a great location for some shopping - the new and amazing Wroclavia Shopping Mall is just behind the Train Station. Make sure you do check it out with its amazing design, a huge varity of shops and brands which are not found anywhere else, several restaurants and bars, and a cinema.

In the other direction just a 18 minutes pleasant walk along the city moat is the beutiful Old Town! It is the pefect location to enjoy Christmas Market at this time of the year! :)
