A light & airy studio apartment with kitchen and shower room. Enjoy fabulous views of the Leicestershire countryside. 2 folding single beds and a cot can be added to the smaller bedroom space upon request.

The space
The Loft is a purpose built studio apartment above a large double garage at the entrance to our property. The space is accessed via a single flight of stairs. The Loft is split into two spaces - a large studio and a small second bedroom. Up to 2 additional fold away beds and a cot can be provided in these 2 spaces - you can let us know what you prefer.

**Our neighbours have begun work rebuilding their home on their plot next door. Building work is taking place Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm. We haven't found the work particularly disruptive, but if you were hoping for a long weekday lie in then it may be best not to book with us during this time.**

Peckleton is a pretty small village 2 miles outside Desford, which has shops and facilities, and 1 mile from Kirkby Mallory, where there is a small village store. Our house is situated on the main road through the village.
