Home is located between Manassa and Romeo in the beautiful San Luis Valley, short distance to great Hunting land and Fishing. Home has been completely updated/remodeled. Amazing views and a 15 minute drive to Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad and 30 Minute Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve.

The space
Upper oven is currently malfunctioning and does not work, we are working on replacing it. The outside deck is also showing signs of wear, contractor to replace soon. We do not allow smoking of any kind in our home! Full access to entire home, there are stairs to the second story which has a large sectional and television- great for relaxing.
The top oven does not currently work. Getting it replaced once we find the size we need. The outside deck will be getting replaced soon once the contractor has a few days to get out there.
