The space
The lodge is bright and spacious with lovely views of the sea from the balcony and hot tub.

The lodge is all on one level apart from the 3 steps to get onto the balcony.

The lounge diner and kitchen is all open plan leading out onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, cookware and cutlery. There is a dishwasher, cooker and fridge freezer. There is a kettle and toaster. Basic tea/coffee/sugar is provided.

All rooms have a TV, fitted wardrobes/drawers and bedside tables. The TV in the living area is a smart TV where you can access apps such as Netflix.

The travel cot is kept in the twin room wardrobe for those with babies. You will need own bedding for this.

The utility room has a washer dryer- guests would need to bring own washing powder etc. The boiler can be found in the utility room cupboard by the door for heating controls.

The family bathroom has a bath and in bath shower. The en-suite to the main bedroom (available only for 5/6 people) is a walk in shower. This from also has a walk in wardrobe for storage.

Outside there is ample parking and a field for kids to play on directly in front of lodge. The park amenities are a short walk to the other side of the field towards the sea.

Oyster Rise and the surrounding area is lovely as this is a new part to the resort. It is a quiet neighbourhood so please keep the noise down after 11pm.

From the lodge you can see the sea! In front of the lodge is a small field with football goals for family fun. Just past the field is a play park, the clubhouse, swimming pool and beach. This is a 5 minute walk.

East and West Mersea are beach towns and a relaxed way of life. In East Mersea you can visit Cudmore Grove country park. In West Mersea there are boats and crabbing from the pontoon plus lots of excellent places to try the famous oysters!

During your stay

The lodge is self check-in from 3pm and checkout by 11am. The keysafe is located on the decking by the hot tub; a code will be sent to you prior to arrival.

We are always available via text or call should you need help; the welcome pack has details. Other than that we hope to leave you undisturbed to enjoy our ‘little bit of paradise!’
