Especially, the bedroom has 2 windows and a balcony so that the house is totally different from a tiny and stuffy hotel room but filled with sunlight and fresh air all day. All for the most well rounded homelike vibe.

Being a Hanoian and spending a lot of time experiencing many places, my tips and guide on where to eat, where to drink and where to etc. will definitely be helpful.
Teahouses such as Ding Tea or Royal Tea are just a few minutes away. There are a lot of coffee shops where you may want to try Vietnamese coffee at street side and there are many cafe and restaurants around Den Lu Lake where you can enjoy your food and drink while gazing at the lake, watching people running or doing morning exercise. You can eat Pho (beef noodles or chicken noodles), Banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) or Bun Cha (Grilled Pork Noodles) if you get out of the house and just walk about 100m along the street and turn to Truong Dinh street. If traditional Vietnamese coffee is too strong for you, you may want to try Highland Coffee inside Thien Son Plaza or another one on Bach Mai Street, in front of Mo Market. If you like shopping, you may want to visit Thien Son Plaza located at 609 Truong Dinh Street where you can find Aeon - Fivimart supermarket, Hola Hotpot & Grill, Nhà Đẹp, sofa IDP Italia, MK Export furniture stores, Zcafe & fastfood, Highland coffee, Food Court, Fit24 Fitness & Yoga Center, children playground etc. If you want something quick next door is Tit Mit Mini Mart or walk 30m to reach QMart.
You may also want to spend half a day in Time City Mega Mall located at 458 Minh Khai Street, about 2.5km from the house where you can find all from Vinmart supermarket, mid to high-end fashion shops, cosmetic shops, restaurants and food court, cafes and bakeries and end a day with a nice movie in Platinium Cineplex and enjoy the musical fountain shows at weekend evenings there.
