Fully self-contained two bedroom apartment centrally located in Upper Mt Gravatt, 3 minutes from Garden City and a 7 minute drive to Carindale shopping centre. This apartment is air conditioned with WIFI and Foxtel (cable TV) and ideal for a family of 4.

The space
The flat is situated close to pubic transport (buses less then 100m), Griffith University and the QEII hospital. Brisbane City CBD is 12.5km on the M3 which is less than 2km away. Within 100m there are convenience stores, a bottle shop and restaurants. The area is a quiet residential neighbourhood with great facilities and easy access to the city and major shopping centres.

Mount Gravatt show grounds are a short walk away and have a food marketta every Saturday night from 4pm-10pm with great food and entertainment. On Sunday morning the same area is used from 6am-Noon as a farmers market.
Mount Gravatt lookout is a very short drive or walk and has the best views of Brisbane and a cafe.
