The location of this motor home at the base of the Story Hills, makes this a first rate place to stay. Our view of the Bridger Mountains is hard to beat. Situated on our 3 acres with a country feel, we are only 1 mile from beautiful downtown Bozeman. Local coffee shop, Treeline, and local bakery, Wild Crumb, are within walking distance. For sleeping arrangements, there is small bedroom with a double bed, and a pull-out couch good for a single person or two small kids.

The space
This motorhome sits on our 3 acre property alongside our home. We have one of the best kept secret spots in all of Bozeman. The motorhome gives you your own space and privacy, and our family, horses, barn cats, and a dog, live here too. The motorhome is clean and well-kept. There is a double bed separated by a curtain at one end of the motorhome; a full bathroom with a shower; stove, sink and fridge; a convertible dining area with room to seat four; and a couch with a pull-out sleeper. We live within walking distance of the heart of downtown, but we have views and space so that it feels like you are in the country.

We live at near the base of the Story Hills and within a short walk of the eclectic Northeast neighborhood. We have the best of both worlds in Bozeman. Our location is quiet and private with gorgeous views. You can access trails directly from our property to run, hike, bike, and X-country ski. AND downtown Bozeman is only one mile way with its local restaurants, beautiful public library, coffee shops, bookstores, music, shopping, etc (easily reached by car, bike, or even on foot). We have one of the best local coffee shops - Treeline, and local bakery- Wild Crumb, just around the corner. Bridger Bowl is an easy 20 minute drive from our place, and Montana State University is within a five minute drive. Our property is near the I-90 overpass. Since October of 2017, we have had only one guest express concern about potential noise. We were able to come up with a satisfying solution for everyone.

We have lived in Bozeman since 1991; married in 1998; and have owned this property since 2002. This is the place our three kids call home with space enough to ride horses, build snow forts and ski jumps, have huge backyard BBQ's and bonfires. Troy comes from an entrepreneurial background including the fitness business, film industry, insurance, and communication coaching. Lei-Anna has been in public education and currently consults with and travels to school districts around the country. We have a deep love and respect for the wilderness that surrounds us, the Greater Yellowstone, in addition to exercise, meditation, and a belief in a healthy organic and sustainable lifestyle.

Lei-Anna and I have busy lives as parents of 3 teenagers and consultants and coaches. We work from home as well as in the community, and we love to share our experiences about what's special in Bozeman. We are available if you need most anything from tips to the best place to hike, where to find a good inexpensive bottle of wine, where the Co-Op is, and easiest place to take your kids for dinner, or even to borrow couple of bikes.
