Welcome to St. Louis! This quiet and safe place is only 6-min drive to the airport, 9-min to Delmar Loop, 10-min to Clayton, and 15-min to Forest Park. UMSL is right across the street. You will get a cozy bedroom on the 2nd floor to stay for the night. We will share the kitchen, the dinning room, and the living room, which are all clean and tidy. Metrolink stops, bus stops, restaurants and convenience/grocery stores are close and easy to find in the neighborhood.

The space
You'll have a private bedroom with a brand-new ceiling fan and light. It is 150 square feet and has a desk, dresser, and closet. We'll share the kitchen, dinning room and the living room. There's a full bathroom on the 1st floor. If there is anything that bothers you just tell me and I will try to fix it. Thanks

Hello my name is David. I'm a nerd by nature, extrovert by choice. I like to travel all around the world. The thing I enjoy the most about traveling is experiencing the food and culture. I currently own my own investment company. My investment company focuses on developing/restoring historical buildings in the Saint louis area. Sometimes I travel out of town for business if I’m not home. But if I’m not traveling then I’m usually working from home or on another job site.

As a host: I treat guests like an old friend visiting me for the first time. I'll roll out the red carpet. Be sure to check out my other listings and the amenities offered!
