This home is perfect for the Cycling Enthusiast, a couple, family or small group of friends. This fully furnished cozy 2 bedroom home is sure to please. Located 1 block from the Raccoon River Valley Bike Trail (75 mile paved loop), 15 minutes from I-80 and 30/40 minutes from the State's Capital City of Des Moines, Minburn is the "Small Town with a Big Heart". There are two City Parks, an outdoor historical roller skating rink & 3 Rest/Bars.

There is a playground less than a block away. The downtown area is less than a five minute walk. Access to the Raccoon River Valley Bike Trail is a block from the Kottage. The three Restaurants/Bars in town are within a two minute walk from the Kottage. There is a City Library on the square.

My Husband and I have two properties, one in the Des Moines, Iowa Metro area and one a few miles into the country, called Kim’s Kottage, on the Raccoon River Valley bike trail. We love all outdoor activities and sports!

I do reside a half hour away so most communication during your stay will need to be thru AirBnB, by text or phone call. You’ll have access to my cell phone number once you have a confirmed reservation at the Kottage.
