Μinimal ,happy, comfortable place in a natural landscape with a long view of the sea. The house is rented for a first time in the summer of 2018 .
Many wonderful beaches (Avithos,Big Stone,,Ai Helis,Ammes) good restaurants and supermarket are 700 meters - 2 kilometrs long from the home
Argostoli capital of Kefalonia ( for the best nightlife in Kefalonia and shoping ) is 10 kilometers long and international airport is 7 kilometrs long .

The space
Detached two-storey house in the area of Kaligata in a land plot to the beach of Avithos, which is only 4 minutes by car.The residence is located in a quiet and odd point with a citrus garden on the back of the building.The ground floor is an incomplete apartment, while the first floor available for visitors consists of an apartment of 71.19 sq.m. with living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.The room has a central heating with an oil boiler and aircondition in the lounge area.There are very close to five minutes by car the excellent beaches of Ai Helis, Avithos, Ammes and others.Argostoli and the airport are within 15 minutes, and the famous Lassi area with its clean turquoise beaches, Makry and Platy Gialos.The total area of the detached house is 2041, 18 sqm.

Κατοικω στην Αθηνα . Στην Κεφαλονια βρισκομαι τα καλοκαιρια . Διαμενω διπλα απο τον χωρο που διατειθεται για φιλοξενια .Ειμαι αποφοιτος Δραματικης Σχολης . Μου αρεσει το θεατρο , ο κινηματογραφος η μουσικη ( Jazz , Soul , Funk ,Alternative , Ethnic , Deep jazz-soul . κλασσικη μουσικη , κλασσικη rock , ελληνικα λαικα , ρεμπετικα κ.α . Εχω ασχοληθει με αθλητισμο ( Shotokan Karate ) , Κολυμπι . Αγαπω τη φυση , την καθαριοτητα , το περιβαλλον τη minimal αισθητικη , την καλη διατροφη . Θελω οι ανθρωποι που θα ερθουν να φιλοξενηθουν στο σπιτι να νοιωθουν ελευθερα , ανετα , ευχαριστα .
