Gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage overlooking fields in picturesque Langstone. Famous for it's beautiful harbour & views of Hayling with on street parking & 2 well known seafront pubs.
Easy access to A27 & A3, Havant train station is less than 1 mile away. Trains to London Waterloo take 80 mins.

Close to Hayling Island (HISC 7 miles) Portsmouth (8mi) Chichester (12mi) & Goodwood (15mi)
Great bolt hole for any Goodwood or Portsmouth events or for visitors to the business parks in Havant & Langstone.

The space
My place is a cottage by the sea, close to local pubs and a friendly community, with a cute little sunny garden. It has a modern kitchen/conservatory with a Rayburn range cooker, a microwave and green sparkly floor!!!
The cottage is not suitable for children or pets.
There is a possibility you will have the place to yourself from 11 December 21 to 11 January 22....

We live by the sea, there are lovely walks to Emsworth, Havant, Hayling, bird watchers will love it as there is a local duck pond with a variety of birds. There are two local pubs - one at the end of the road!!!

Very occasionally we receive flood/tide warnings so there will be a flood board in the door, which you will have to walk over to access the house.
