Located in the heart of the upscale Yonge & Lawrence Village in Midtown Toronto. Steps to Yonge St. Bus and a 5 min walk to the Subway. The heart of the city is within minutes.

There are several restaurants, pubs & bars within a 2-5 min walk. Public tennis courts, large parks.

The suite is brand new, luxurious, completely self-contained. The furniture and appliances are brand new. There are 2 Extra large washers and 2 Extra large Gas dryers for all of your laundry needs.

The space
This is a 1100 square feet basement suite built with all of the comforts of home.

There is a full size kitchen with a breakfast bar along with stainless steel appliances, ice & water fridge with french doors, glass top range, dishwasher, double stainless steel sinks. There is also a microwave oven, toaster, blender, Kettle, coffee maker, kitchen cooking utensils, place matts, Knife set, full set of dishes, spices, glassware and cutlery.

The entire suite has in-floor radiant heating underneath the beautiful hardwood flooring.

The living room has an electric fireplace, Queen size pullout sofa, 50" Smart TV.

The dining room table seats 4, there place settings for 4. It can also be used as a desk.

In the spa like bathroom there are plenty of fresh towels. There are double sinks, soaker tub and shower. Plenty of water both hot or cold, the house was re built with a fully balanced "home run" pluming system and a water softener.

Both bedroom closets are 64" wide and have a full size dresser inside. The spacious closets have more than enough room to hang or stack folded clothing for guests who will be here for a longer stay.

There is a separate laundry/storage room fully stocked with and iron, ironing board, full size 2 washers & 2 dryers, laundry soap, fabric softener etc.
