67 Roe Street is a much loved Macclesfield landmark. A stunning Georgian Townhouse built in 1770 - rebuilt, refurbished & reinvented 2017.

The space
We're right in the centre of Macclesfield and just a two minute walk from the bus station and 10 minutes from the train station. Astra Zenica has a private bus from the train station. Special rates apply for photo shoots, film hire and events Groups of up to 30 people by arrangement.

As much or as little as you need. If I'm not at home, I am usually only a few minutes away so can help with any problems. But otherwise, you'll be given your privacy.
Neighbourhood overview
67 Roe Street was the home to the son of Charles Roe, the clever silk merchant who built most of Macclesfield's beautiful and impressive civic buildings at the time of the silk trade boom. Macclesfield is fast becoming the latest hip place to live in Cheshire. The town centre is packed with bars and places to eat. The Treacle Market every last Sunday of the month is a real treat too. The perfect stop off before heading out into the Peak District National Park, or heading down to London or up to Manchester. Also 10 minutes into Alderley Edge with its super glam places to see and be seen!

Bus and train stations are just a few minutes walk from the house Frequent trains to Manchester and London Local taxis. Off road parking for 2 cars

Macc is just getting better and better. It has a nice pedestrianised town centre where you can get most things. There are lots of bars and restaurants popping up. My favourite place to eat is Saltbar which is a Scandi restaurant with a changing menu. Really warm and friendly service. Don't miss a trip to our gorgeous food hall, The Picturedrome. There are lots of bars and some good shops too. Just one minutes walk from the house is the most charming little cinema . It's worth going just to see the building.
The council have just added pretty lights to lots of our town centre trees which are going to be up all year round. Let me know what you have planned and I'll see if I can think of anything that would really suit you.
