This one bedroom groundfloor unit can sleep up to 4 people and is located in a small town in Northeast Iowa that sits at the head of a 25 mile plus bike trail.

Small town born and raised, we've opted to remain in the area throughout our careers. In addition to full time occupations, we operate several rental properties, including three furnished homes through which we provide short term rentals. We enjoy furnishing the homes and helping to provide get away experiences for others--and we sometimes use the homes ourselves and for the lodging of our own out of town guests!
