Between the town Klagenfurt and the lake Wörthersee, our home is situated in a quiet residential area 6 km from Klagenfurt center and 3km from the beautiful Wörthersee.
It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away).
The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

The space
We offer a simple, affordable, clean and safe place for a short stay.

The guesthouse is small (30sqm), the bed 160cm wide). A second mattress/couch can be organized for 10€/Night - the bed is really not big enough for more than 2 people! (even 2 bigger persons hardly fit)
The guesthouse is surrounded with our big sunny garden.
The neigbourhood is quiet, friendly, with the woods just across the street and a small farm a few steps away.

It is possible to prepare an additional mattress/couch (120x200cm), in this case we charge 10€more/night.
The bed is not suitable for > 2 people and couch for 1 adult or 2 children!
There is a very large garden, the forest just across the road, lots of nature.
We live in a quiet location, but not far away from Klg center or Wörthersee. Also golf course is only a few hundred meters away.
