The uniqueness of this place is where it lies, what surrounds it and what radiates from inside and outside. Its equipment and design nicely bring balance so people feel well here.

The apartment is cozy, spacious and equipped with a wide range of accessories. It has beautiful surroundings, nature and infinite fields, clean air and there is exceptional peace. Everything you need in life can be found here. It is not much of a place for demanding and consumable types of people, but for those who perceive truth and their hearts are open.

The surrounding area has breathtaking quarries and ponds for fishing or swimming, winter skating or just sitting on a bench by the water. Countless field trails for walks and bikes, forests as well as horseback riding, roller skates, football, tennis ... The apartment has a piano for artistic moments and a balcony that offers beautiful views while sitting.

You can experience a real sense of home and belonging.

Břežany II has grocery shop opened 7days a week. Local pub with a fire place inside, where you can play darts and enjoy 3different kinds of draught beer has also garden sitting outside under the roof for hotter days.
Walking destinations are stone quarries in two places, fold with grazing horses, three ponds, strawberry and raspberry fields where you can go to self-picking. Nice fields and road ways on bike, scooter, roller skating, jogging ... to the forest it is few minutes. The tennis court and football field are in the village, also few playgrounds for children, multifunctional playground and a new outside gym also for adults. Beautiful and fulfilling place called Klepec is Natural reserve in Skřivany 7 km away, Klánovice forest 10 km, Doubravčice with a mystic forest and trails 20 km. Natural bathing in lakes is in Jevany, Sadská, Poděbrady, Lázně Toušeň 15-20 km away.
Shopping in Český Brod, Úvaly 7KM or you can always find everything in Prague.

Life is the greatest gift. There is something beautiful in everything. I love to perceive and being able to. Be aware and enjoy the presence. Able to walk, breathe and see, feel and taste. It is a miracle, just like life itself. I spend many years practicing awareness and taking people on mindful walks. Living self-sufficient and self-reliant life as much as possible. And I'm interested in off grid. What can y expect from me? Anything. Just as life offers variability, so do we all :).
