The space

This 1,200 square foot condo is beautifully crafted with exposed brick and hardwood floors. You will find all the comforts of home: brand new sheets/towels/linens, fresh fluffy pillows, stainless appliances, a bright comfortable environment, and unique crescent-shaped floor to ceiling customized windows. This luxury condo in the heart of the Old Market is the perfect place to stay for your time in Omaha.

Master bedroom has full length closets as well as a queen size bed. Laundry closet has a washer & dryer (we also provide an iron and ironing board) for your use. Bathroom has large shower, high quality towels, and a hair dryer, plus a little basket filled with helpful items like shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc to help cover anything you may have forgotten. Kitchen is fully stocked from top to bottom with absolutely everything you could need. Plus we offer coffee, tea, and pancakes for our guests' convenience.

This is the perfect location, you're in the heart of Omaha's famous Old Market. With cobblestone streets and lamps, lovely restaurants, shops, and wine bars, it has everything you could ask for. It borders the river with just a park between the Old Market and the river, and is a very historic part of Omaha. Across the street from the condo you'll find a large variety of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars, nightlife, entertainment.
The closest grocery store is Wohlners Neighborhood Grocery, which is 1.8 miles up the street. A larger grocery store would be Bakers, only 3 miles up the street.

Other great highlights of the surrounding neighborhoods:
To the west a couple miles is Midtown Crossing, Omaha's modern neighborhood with upscale restaurants, a great park where they provide live music every Thursday evening, and a dine-in movie theater.
If you go a bit further you'll find yourself in Aksarben Village. Aksarben is a wonderful brand new area of Omaha that has been completed for only a year or two now. It features a great movie theater, lots of unique restaurants & coffee shops, as well as a couple lounges and shopping areas.
To the north of that a few miles is Benson. Benson is the trendy urban art & bar district of Omaha, famous for their First Friday bar crawl on the first Friday of every month. Cheap bars, lots of artists, and plenty of hipsters.
