The village school is 4.5 km from Stege - and 4.5 km from a fantastic swimming beach. You live in a small holiday apartment in the former schoolhouse.
There is 1 bedroom + living room/lounge with sofa bed, dining area, (WiFI), TV and private terrace and small garden where you can barbecue in the evening sun.
There is a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom/toilet. Ideal for a couple + possibly smaller children.
When booking for more than 2 people (+ baby/small child), you get an extra room with up to 4 beds and an extra dining room.

The space
Stay in the theme rooms "Geography", "Biology" or perhaps "Botany" in memory of the old days at the school.
We are self-sufficient in organic vegetables (in the summer), which may be available for purchase, and you can pick herbs.
You have access to a cozy garden and for the smaller children there is a swing and slide. We have animals: goats, chickens and pigs - (the goats must be clapped) We give tastings of our homemade organic jam for breakfast. There are eggs from our eco-fed chickens, bread in the freezer and some to start on for the first morning. During the rest of your stay, you will be responsible for the meals in the apartment's good kitchen, but it happens that we bake a cake or find other delicacies for our guests.
There are brochures, maps and various information in the apartment and your hostess has many great suggestions for exciting experiences at Møn.
Consider booking a minimum of 3 nights as our guests tell us that 1 single full day (2 nights) without a break is too little to explore the MANY exciting places on the island.

Her i den gamle landsbyskole i Tjørnemarke tæt på Stege bor vi, 3 generationer - Jeg nyder den daglige kontakt med mine 2 dejlige børnebørn. Vi stræber efter at blive selvforsynende med grønt og frugt, og dyrker jorden økologisk og biodynamisk.

Min store interesse er have, og jeg er ved at opbygge en have til alle sanserne, hvor det spirituelle også er indtænkt. Jeg er bl.a. tidligere underviser, journalistisk medarbejder, jobkonsulent og har en del alternative uddannelser, bl.a. zoneterapeut, Bachs blomstermedicin, Hot Stone massør mm.

Det er en stor glæde at byde gæster fra forskellige lande og kulturer velkommen hos os og evt. høre om jeres lande og skikke - hvis I har lyst til at fortælle.
