I was born and raised in Palestine. I work as a university professor teaching Arabic and a life-time translator. My wife, Kawtare, is a PhD student in Sociology and my oldest daughters are in college studying Nursing and our little Maria and Nazek are in elementary school. We purchased our dream apartment a few years ago in the newly planned modern city of Rawabi, located on top of a mountain with an amazing scenery surrounded by serene peaceful nature and shopping center and cafes and restaurants. Nearby the bustling city of Ramallah where the family apartment is located right in the center of the Old City with a spectacular view. We love to share jour modest apartment with people from all around the world, and we are glad to embrace diversity and we are happy to host people from different cultures, genders, and religions. We love travelling and meeting new people from different cultures. We welcome our guests in the spirit of the Arabic proverb: "If you have much, give of your wealth; if you have little, give of your heart." Our apartment is perfect for families, but also visiting students, delegations, professionals on a working visit. The area is very safe, walking around at night will never be a problem! There are daily transportation to Jerusalem, Nablus, Bethlehem, Bir Zeit and many towns and villages . You are welcome to stay for a weekend or for a longer period.
