A one-bedroom garden flat, max 2 guests, no children, set at the back of a large and luscious garden in a central and secure area with a shopping centre a few minutes' walk away.

The main house on the premises is used as an office during weekdays, but the garden flat is set in a private and shielded area in the garden. The space is secure, with 24-hour guard security and an electric fence.

The garden flat has air conditioning, a kitchen with all the basic equipment you need, and a constant water supply provided by a borehole.

The main bedroom contains a double bed, shelves and hangers for your clothes, and the bedroom opens up into the bathroom, where hot showers with good water pressure are a guarantee.

The living room contains a sofa, desk and a bookshelf. The kitchenette has a two-plate cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, pots, pans and utensils. There is also a small dining table and veranda into the garden.

Woodlands is a convenient and peaceful area to stay in, as it is easy to access central Lusaka, and is well established, quiet and safe. Morning jogs can be enjoyed on our tree line streets and every amenity is a stone-throw away.
