The apartment is located in a nice quite neighborhood.
On one hand the apartment is located in a small building 2nd floor out of 3 so it is very intimate so the guests won't hear or sense the neighbors.
On the other hand the apartment is located near by a small shopping center in case you need to buy food or get an haircut or buy nice steak for dinner.

5 minutes from some small shopping center.
9 minutes away from the main train station heading to Ben-Gurion air port or Tel Aviv
9 minutes from the main shopping mall which include nice restaurants
Movie theater.

In case i'm not at home I'm available by phone email and the Airbnb application 24/7.
If guest like socializing and i'm home they are more than welcome to join me in the living room or have a dinner together or just sit outside at the balcony and chat or get guided tour to any point at Israel.
Or special spots/ high lights of Tel-Aviv since i am from Tel-Aviv
