This is the ideal base to visit the West of Ireland; Connemara, Cliffs of Moher and the Ring of Kerry are within easy reach and only 1hr 40mins from Dublin.

A renovated coach house set amid the grounds of a larger residence on 3 hectares. A haven of peace and tranquility just off the M7 motorway at Birdhill village. Owned by a family with four kids, dogs, hens, ponies and a cat. Located very near Killaloe, Adare and Limerick City if you don't want to venture too far.

The space
The house consists of a large open plan living room on the first floor with kitchen. There is a double bedroom with a king size bed on the ground floor with a large bathroom which has a shower and jacuzzi bath. We have two single beds in a hall area. They are not in a bedroom. We also have a camp bed available should you have a larger family. This bed can be set up in the living room and sleeps one person. Please ask us to do this for you prior to your arrival.

There are large gardens surrounding the house. You are welcome to walk in the gardens and see the horses, dogs and hens.
