Comfortable annexe with spacious king-size bedroom/work space, second garden level bedroom, bathroom, separate sitting room/kitchenette. Downstairs WC. Private entrance and off road parking for two cars.
Close to A31 Hogs Back with easy access to A331/A3/M3.
Farnborough, Farnham & Guildford centres within 7 mile radius. Local bakery, supermarket & take-away a few minutes stroll. Local restaurants nearby. Semi-rural location overlooking fields. Host meet and greet or self check-in available.

The space
Our separate Annexe has its own private entrance through a door to side of our garage via a walkway, then has its own external access door at rear of property. External access/entry areas have automatic flood-lighting.

The Annexe entry hall leads to a downstairs sitting room/kitchenette with grey leather sofa, dining table & chairs, Freeview TV & internet.

The kitchenette is equipped with countertop mini oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine.
Plenty of crockery and serving dishes available.

Various teas and milk provided along with condiments. Non-dairy on request.

Breakfast; we also provide a small 'help yourself' snack selection of breakfast snacks, yoghurt and fruit juice.
Cooking facilities are available should you wish to bring your own hot breakfast items to prepare.

Spacious upstairs main bedroom 1 at front of the property has UK king size 5' bed. Freeview TV and workspace in room. Apple TV, Wireless internet hub. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer storage space. Iron & ironing board; hair drier.

Adjacent separate upstairs bathroom has over bath shower, with views over the garden, Hogs Back slopes & hop field next to the local Hogs Back brewery.

Bedroom 2 leading from the downstairs sitting area has UK king size 5' bed. Glazed doors open onto the garden with covered sitting area and further decked sitting area adjacent to end of bedroom.

All bedding and towels provided.

Outside, there is access to a large garden backing onto fields with various sitting areas.

For longer stays, laundry facilities are available on request for an additional fee.

For checkouts later than the specified time of 10am, there will be an additional charge of £10.00 per hour or part thereof.

As we are adjacent to 'The Hogs Back' and 'Surrey Hills', it feels like countryside but we are also close to our local village amenities and several towns.
For keen walkers and hikers there is the renowned 'North Downs Way' locally running between Farnham & Guildford, eventually leading on to Canterbury & Dover.
The 'Hogs Back Brewery' is almost next door; their hop field is situated behind our garden. Here you can enjoy regular tours of the brewery and onsite bar with live music nights, entertainment and other seasonal beer related events.
Around 6miles towards Guildford on the southern slopes of The Hogs Back, is the award winning Greyfriars Winery, offering wine tasting tours.
Waverley Abbey ruins founded by Cistercian monks dating back to 1128 are just under 5miles away, and Farnham Castle event venue approximately 4miles.
Nearby 'Packhouse Home, Vintage & Garden' 1.5miles away, is a lovely old timber and stone building, full of interesting furniture and accessories. Adjacent is the outdoor coffee Hive with seating pods & indoor Palm House Restaurant offering popular food; booking is advised.

Nature loving, friendly and outgoing. Love being in the great outdoors and by the sea when possible, but also like creature comforts and being surrounded with positive people and nice things.
I try to eat healthily (apart from the chocolate) and to focus on lifes bigger picture.
I am intersted in science, new ideas and developments. Also drawn to metaphysical and spiritual interests, along with complimentary therapies.
Favorite movies are mainly Sci-Fi and Sci-Fantasy, but allsorts really. Music preference varies depending on how I'm feeling.
Have lived in Japan, Italy and Spain. Visited lots of other places.
Hopefully you will have a great stay here and if you need to realx a bit more, I can provide additional therapeutic Reiki treatments.
