The Grandview Apartment is a unique property offering its guests a welcoming feel and a theatrical flare from red velvet furnishings, gold fittings and features to secluded spaces for relaxation and dining on a Balcony with great views across Bendigo's Arts Precinct and Parks. The Location is fantastic, with walking distance to Bendigo's favourite attractions and Restaurants, and directly across the road from the Capital Theatre and Art Gallery.

The space
From the moment you enter the Downstairs Entry foyer you know you are somewhere unique, passing thru the foyer and up the Staircase passing a beautiful leadlight window and up into the reading room, furnished in red velvet and large ornate mantel, you can either turn left and enter your spacious Studio Apartment or you can continue on thru the reading room and out onto the front Balcony with fantastic views across parklands and the Bendigo City Centre. Your Apartment is extremely spacious with open plan living with 2 lounge areas, a 8 seater Dining Table and large Bedroom area. The Kitchen and Bathroom are separate and well appointed. You have views from the Bed looking out onto your front Balcony and across parklands with the morning sun shining in and you also have french doors leading out onto a rear Balcony for a more secluded outdoor dining space. The Grandview Apartment is Unique and offers its guests an unforgettable experience.
