Brand new restructuring Cottage in Chianti, the apartment is one of four which build my family's country cottage.
The cottage is in a strategic point because in immersed in the countryside,surrounded by beautiful garden, but only 500m to the bus station which can go directly to the city center. Ponte Vecchio for example is only 6 Km away and the highway entrance ( to Siena, Rome, , etc) only 1,7 Km.

The space
Charming and cozy house immersed in Florentine countryside next to the Florence historical city center (6 km ,reachable by bus) and one step to famous and marvelous Chianti countryside (Impruneta,Greve in Chianti, Strada in Chianti, Panzano...). Our flat is placed at the first floor of classic and original Tuscan colonial house, just refurbished.
There are two bedrooms one with king size bed and one with two twin bed. In the lightsome living room you will find a cozy sofa. Next to the living room you will find the kitchen with wonderful handmade table suitable for fantastic dinner and original firehood.
The kitchen is equipped with coffe machine, hoven, fridge, dishwasher and boiler.
Outside you will find exclusive and reserved outdoor space where you can relax and have lunch and dinner stunning at the fantastic sunset on winery and olive oil hills.
The cottage is surrounded by big common garden.
High speed Internet connection is available thanks to the wireless net that cover the flat and the yard.

Delizioso e confortevole appartamento immerso nella campagna fiorentina a due passi dal centro storico (6 km) e alle porte del Chianti.(Impruneta,Greve in Chianti, Strada in Chianti, Panzano...)
La casa,appena ristrutturata, si trova al primo piano di una tipica casa coloniale Toscana.
Ci sono due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale, l'altra con due lettini singoli.Nel luminoso soggiorno si trova un comodo e ampio divano. Acconto al soggiorno si trova la cucina con il suo ampio focolare e tavolo artigianale, perfetto per delle splendide cene.
La cucina è equipaggiata con macchina da caffè, forno,frigorifero, lavastoviglie e bollitore.
Fuori troverete un favoloso cortile ad uso esclusivo dove potrete cenare e rilassarvi, magari godendovi il tramonto sulle colline toscane.
Tutt'attorno la casa é immersa nel parco comune.
É presente una connessione WiFi in tutta la casa e nel cortile antistante.
