Cute, circa 1952, one level cottage located within the city of Aiken, SC. Fenced yard, walking distance to two parks, Fresh Market and dining options. Less than one mile to Aiken Horse Park (Steeplechase grounds) and Aiken training track. Less than half an hour drive to Augusta National.
