The maisonette house is located in a quite area of Olympiada (Chalkidiki). The house is by the beach (~50m) with a balcony view. Olympiada is around 90km from the city of Thessaloniki (~1hr drive). The house has a total area ~90m2. The first floor has a bedroom, living room/kitchen and the bathroom. There is an indoor staircase leading to the attic where the rest of the hosts may be accommodated.

The space
The house consists of a common area (living room and kitchen, where there is one extra big couch), one bathroom, one bedroom where there is one double bed and the attic which has two single beds, wardrobe and desk. The attic is just one area with no separate rooms. The house has all the necessary appliances (tv, oven, fridge, kettle etc.). There is also a balcony with table and chairs from where you can enjoy the beach and mountain view.
