The space
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, which are separate rooms on different levels of our house. A mini fridge, kettle and cafetiere are provided with tea and coffee. We have a separate shared utility room with a "combi" microwave oven which you can use to prepare food. We'll provide you with plates and cutlery if required. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer but please ask before using as there will be a charge if your stay is for less than four nights.
You are welcome to sit outside on the front terrace when the sun is out (but we might be there too!).

Situated in Mannamead, a stone's throw from the local shops and restaurants on Mutley Plain, this double-fronted Victorian house is less than a mile from Plymouth railway station and is walking distance to the city centre, the Hoe, the Theatre Royal, Plymouth Pavilions and the cafes, bars and restaurants in the historic Barbican harbour.

The University is a ten minute walk as is Plymouth Argyle's Home Park and the redeveloped Royal William Yard is about three miles away. There are two parks close by as well.

To the north, Derriford Hospital is about 3 miles away.
