Welcome to "The Royal", a beautiful two bedroom charmer! A mix of high modern and historical features. Fully equipped and tastefully edgy. Lots of space and a private entrance.

We are happy to host short and long-term guests in this newly renovated, private unit in a heritage home. Located in the heart of Westboro beach. Five minute walk to shops, restaurants, pubs, transit bike paths and amenities in Westboro village. You'll love this home away from home!

The space
Cozy retro furniture greet you as you walk into the space that include the historical exterior brick that was installed in 1895 when the main house was built.

The kitchen boasts a large counter with plenty of space for four that is great for socializing and eating at. Original hardwood flooring underfoot in the kitchen with high grade textured wood-like laminate throughout the rest of the home.

Newly renovated in 2017, new paint covers all surfaces and the bathroom was redone with a spacious walk-in glass shower, heated tile floor, toilet and vanity.

The first bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk in closet, and sitting space.
The second bedroom has the two twin beds, night tables, chair and a large open closet with a small desk and chair.

Access to the rear is obtained through the double French doors of the first bedroom and opens up to a beautifully landscaped mature garden. An outdoor table chairs, umbrella and barbecue are provided for you to enjoy the tranquil space.
