Turdus Merula Retreat : made with love, in walking distance from the sea, ideal for those who wish to enjoy life in private, within the tranquillity of nature. Two separate villas in a two acres plot, the one facing the other, connected by a pool, within a green oasis of calmness.

In a plot of two acres, there are two separate villas, the one facing to the other, forty meters distance between them.

1. "Our beloved home Turdus merula" is a house of 175 sq.m on the ground floor, with pool and direct access to the interior from its private parking.

It has three comfortable bedrooms, one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with oneking size bed and two bedrooms with four single beds.

2. "Our beloved nest Turdus merula" is a house of 140 sq.m. with an open plan attic, has a strong resence of wood, of old and refractory brick and of copper, and it’s ready to offer you a memorable experience to you, your family or your friends.

It has four small bedrooms with beautiful colors on the ground floor with one small bathroom. One bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with four single beds and one bedroom with baby bed and cot.

An undivided room, on the ground floor, consisting of a living room with two couches, a large dining room, one bathroom and a fully equipped spacious kitchen with counter top and a fireplace that you will definitely fall in love.

The open plan attic, taken from our childhood’s fairy images, includes, two spaces, the first one with double bed and four singe beds with two bathrooms and the second space with two single sofa beds, that leads to the little balcony which overlooks the nature, the city up to Evia’s island.
Outside, in front of the living room on the ground floor, is a large yard with
a pine tree standing patiently there for 100 years, providing coolness and shade to its guests but also safety to the feathered visitors. That’s the spot where you can find the protected area with the grill, the oven and
the monastic tables for twenty two guests.

In a quiet neighborhood, full of trees, underpopulated, with small homes, it keeps its quiet even when Nea Makri is the most favorite destination of all the Capital’s (Athens) residents, away from the noise of cars and motorcycles, the noisy night life of the coastal road and the nighttime humidity of the sea.

You are very close to an amazing resort, with a lot of people that literally inundate the area, especially during the summer months.

Starting from Nea Makri’s nearest beaches, crowded or more secluded, the beautiful ouzo restaurans with the amazing appetizers, moving towards Marathon beach with unparalleled tastes and originality of Greek cuisine’s taverns and moving on to the suntrap beach of Schinia, with high-society beach bars and numerous water sports, like surf, scuba diving etc.

Υou can go to the beach for swimming by foot in 15 minutes or in 2' by car on the east side of the property to Korali beach a small quiet beach with two fish taverns, as in the same time you can go to the west, for hiking at Dionysus, a pine forest, which rewards you with the most panoramic view from the South Evian to Cavo Doro, Andros and Makronisos.

In 15 minutes you can go by foot or in 2' by car to the city center where you can find all the shops, the banks and the beach, the picturesque fishing porte -where you will find fresh fish from fishermen's boats early in the morning- with an enormous variety of restaurants, bars, clubs with tables, literally, over the sea in a city that never sleeps.

You can get to the airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” in 20 minutes by car, without getting involved with Athens’ traffic, since it is connected with the expressway.

You can reach Rafina’s port in only 10 minutes by car.
Every day, from May to October starting from 7.30 in the morning, you can get into high speed ferry and you'll arrive at Mykonos in two hours.
In half an hour you can reach Marmari (in Evia) and from there to Attica’s “Caribbean”, Petalioi’s islands. In this cluster there are the islands that belong to Andreas Empeirikos’ family and Pablo Picasso’s daughter.

You can get to the largest port of Greece, Piraeus, in only 60 minutes, which can become the starting point for day trips to Argosaronikos’ islands (Aegina, Agistri, Poros).

So close in Athens, just 45 minutes from downtown or the Acropolis and the Parthenon, Thissio and Monastiraki and around the historic center.
