Lovely house with all the comforts of home: big kitchen and dinning room; 4 bedrooms; 2 1/2 bathrooms; and a full finished basement with 2 extra rooms and 1 of the bathrooms. If you can't bring your own linen, I will supply it. So we try to be very flexible and accommodating. We will share the house.

Meals and transportation can be added.

The space
The house is located 14 km from the heart of the 3rd largest city in Denmark (Odense) in Årslev (Aarslev), a very small (3 by 6 km) village surrounded by farmland, horse keepers, forest, man-made lakes, mountainbike paths, and nature.

There is two cashflow machines, one bank, a Rema1000, Spar, a fitness center, and outdoor swimming, nature walks/runs, ...

Aarslev is a 15 minute train ride from Odense Center - or 20 minutes by car and a little longer by bus or bike. If you need, I can pick you up and drop you off at the train-station.

You will share the house with Princess (the dog) and me - unless we have made other arrangements. If you wish to have the house to yourself - it is much more expensive but can be arranged.

Please park in my driveway. My neigbors really get upset if you park around or in front of their driveways.

No Smoking in the house. You can smoke outside.
Please clean up after your self (house and yard). Long term stays, we must share the cleaning. If you are not interested in cleaning, "we" can hire a cleaning-lady.

I will wash all linen after you leave, but long term stays - you can use the washer/dryer to do it and the rest of your laundry.

I do have an extra refrigerator for groups of more than 3, and long term stays.

The pricing scheme is based on groups (people under the same booking) sharing rooms. The room furniture can change or other arrangements can be discussed.

Ground floor next to a toliet. It has a 140cm bed (sleeps max 2) and a desk/dresser, and a bar to hang clothes.

Room 2 (est. 3 x 3m): Upstairs, left at the top of the stairs. It has a 140cm bed, a desk/dresser, a dresser, and a closet.

Room 3 (est. 4m x 3m): Upstairs to the right. It has a 140cm bed, two 80cm beds, a desk/dresser, a dresser, and a bar to hang clothes. A family of 5 have used this room before.

Room 4 (est. 4m x 3m): Upstairs closest to the bathroom. This room is only for long term booking or very large groups. It is the last to be rented. It has a 140cm bed, a desk/dresser, a dresser, and a bar to hang clothes. This room is only for long term booking or very large groups.

Room 5 (est. 4.5 x 5m): -- not available --
This is my multi-purpose room in the Basement. It can have a max of 6 (90cm beds) or 4 (140cm beds). There is a small area outside the room, sometimes with a 140cm sleep/sofa and table. This room is only available for very short term stays (two nights max). You can hear the water flowing through the pipes when the bathrooms are used up stairs. It is the most private section of the house and my favorite room.

Quite, small village in the middle of farm land and nature. There are two places for out door swimming. And there are good jogging paths.
