The apartment is located in the center of Rösrath. Just 20 km from Cologne.
On the ground floor of an apartment building is the almost 36m² large apartment, facing the main street.
An ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities around Cologne and the Bergische Land. Cycling tours, hiking, sightseeing, shopping, visiting the trade fair or just visiting friends/family. Everyone is welcome and will find what they are looking for.

The space
All in one room! The apartment impresses with its spacious window that floods the room with light. If you prefer darker in the evening, you can use the roller shutter.
There is a double bed (1,80mx2m), wardrobe, a cozy L-couch available.
If necessary, the couch can also be converted as a bed either for a large guest (or for 2 little ones;-) ).
The kitchenette is equipped with: Nespresso coffee maker, stove, oven, kettle, fridge with freezer, and of course pots, pans & dishes.
At the adjoining small counter 2 people can sit comfortably. A high chair and a travel bed can also be provided.
The bathroom is completely renovated.
Washbasin, toilet and spacious shower. Spruce and underfloor heating are also available.
The TV can be viewed from the sofa, bed and counter.

Directly opposite the apartment is the small but pretty Eulenbroich Castle. Here you can take a leisurely walk through the tiny park and the large meadows (paved path).
Rösrath is located directly on the Königsforst state forest and the Wahner Heide. Cycling tours and hikes are very well possible here.
Cologne is only 20km away from Rösrath and easily accessible by public transport.

mein Mann und ich freuen uns sehr, allen Globetrottern, Wanderlustigen, Messebesuchern, Hochzeitsgästen, Sightseeing-Jägern und natürlich auch allen anderen einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Rösrath zu ermöglichen um ggf Köln und das Bergische Land zu entdecken.
Wir leben mit unseren 3 Kindern selbst in Rösrath und arbeiten in dem Haus direkt nebenan.
