It is a quiet residential area and the house is 700 m (20 min walk) from the organized beach of Almiri where there are restaurants, cafes and beach bars. At a distance of 150 meters is the picturesque beach of Kokkosi where the water comes directly cold from the mountain's spring.
There are also other beautiful beaches which you can explore within a 20-30 minute drive.
