The space
This cabin has almost hundred years history from a small family house to today´s guesthouse. It still has atmosphere of old days; low doors, fireplaces and magnificent silence indoor. There you get the most peaceful sleep ever! Of course there has been made some modernization like WC, electricity and new decor. Cabin stand in our yard on the river bank. If you open the window in the summer time, you will hear nice calming roar of the river...

This romantic tiny house is suitable for couples. Size of the small cabin is about 25 sq. meters including one bedroom, sauna/bathroom and toilet. There is one bed (120 x 200 cm) in the room, small table with chairs and a drawer. There is wifi but no TV in the room.

In the kitchen corner you will find all the basic things to have evening snacks or breakfast. There is fridgerator, microwave owen, toaster, coffeemaker, electric kettle and table ware for 2 persons. In the kitchen corner there is only cold water running, but in toilet and sauna there is also hot water. Dishes should be washed by hand and then you need to take some hot water from sauna. You can use washing machine and iron in the main house. Bed linen and towels are included.

During your stay

I like to meet my guests in person when they arrive to show how everything in the cottage works and answer any questions you might have. My place is easily reached by car or by bus. I can also pick you up from the train station from Tervola or from Rovaniemi airport. I am available during your stay 24/7 at home or by the telephone if I am somewhere to take care of affairs.
