Its a renovated traditional farm house of 1900 y.,on 150m.above sea,in spacious land with olive,oaks,fruit trees.in 2 levels open.sp,2 k.s. beds,1double bed,1bed under the srars& hammocks, bathroom,kitchen, photovoltaic autonom system for full lighting, charging devices, fridge, kitchen,fire place.Traditional old wood oven exists! Great peaceful, harmonic environment, yoga,meditation,var.activities hiking,swiming in the river,water falls, in the sea, great food (fish,baked goat,trad.products)

The property with two trad tenovated houses is between Makrylies and Lakkoma, 6.5km from the port, a crossroad going to the cheese farm Makylies you reach a dusty road of 1,8 km going to the property signed by yellow arrows, its a hideout to relax n enjoy the nature.There are a lot of spots in both of the houses to spend time reading, exercising, meditating, playing music etc!
Its a really peaceful and harmonian place, lovely, beautiful environment, great positive energy!

Suitable for yoga, meditation, performance, musician, theatrical teams!

Trails for hiking around to explore..the beautyful area.!

Closest beaches 2,2 km (the dusty rd +) Lakkoma, Makrylies. Walking distance on a direct trail 800m to the sea.
Further beaches Dafnes, Pachia Ammos.

You could find very nice taverns for fish n Greek kitchen at Makrylies, Lakomma, Xeropotamos. taverns for goat at Pr. Elias, local mammas food at Xeropotamos kafeneio close to the church going to canyon water falls, sometimes they organize there great live music traditional, jazz, ethnic etc.., also at Pachia Ammos beach a part of it is an organized beach with umbrellas shade, tavern, beach bar and some sport activities, the other part is free with a very few trees , you need umbrellas, sun protection etc..!
Direction to Pachia Ammos you could go to the church on the rock 'Panagia Kremniotissa' , a dusty road appr.4,5 km, it's a fantasy, sageneutic sunset there, also great food with local products from Manolis to kafeneio just before the church with amazing view!

Waterfalls in Xeropotamos, untill the first very easy to go, easy trail with marked directions, even further the higher ones, you would need some directions we could help, if you wish so, its a really nice experience to explore!☺

There's privacy at the house and property, there is quite a spacious area land for this house, a lot of spots to relax etc..,for a nice walk around, out of the property and if you are (from both houses) in the mood or you wish so to contact with the visitors of the other house Desorfma 40+m distance away, which also has got a private spacious area land !☺

You could enjoy walking around, between v.trees, whistling birds, water sounds from a small stream close by, playing your instrument, reading a book, meditating in a virgin energetic environment, romantic sleeping under the magnificent stars! 😊
