Large self contained room on a floor of its own, offers privacy, bathroom, fridge, microwave, WIFI, 43 inch TV, chrome cast, tea/coffee & breakfast. Approx 10-15 min to Picton ferry (non peak traffic) and city and 5 minute walk to 2 supermarkets. Park outside front door. No kitchen, but microwave and fridge & cutlery. Covid tracing barcode in room. Loft is contained so no contact with other members of the home are necessary, self checkin/out applies. Small dogs only.

The space
Private large loft, warm and slightly funky with its curved roof located upstairs in house. Bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity. Watch TV with chrome cast in bed or catch up with some work or write postcards at the desk. Additional walk in wardrobe area with plenty of storage space. Unpack your bags and relax on the sofa and plan your next days activities in the coolest little capital in the world!
