Lovely space in a great location. Quiet street close to shops, Bus almost at door, train station 6 minute walk. Brisbane airport 15 minute drive. High on a hill with city, and mountain views.For the energetic it is a 20-25 minute walk to the foreshore.
We can give you as much or as little information about our City and its surrounds as you require .
Tea and coffee and a continental breakfast are included ,a full cooked breakfast can be requested for an additional very reasonable price of $15.00.

We have a beautiful foreshore , with walking and cycling paths , BBQ areas , wading pool and wonderfull play areas for children , the Manly boat harbour is the largest in the Southern Hemisphere .
There are many and varied cafes and restaurants , our guest manual has brochures for a few of our favourites .

We like to greet our guests on arrival wherever possible , we also will ussually wave you goodbye .
We have found that we can ussually get an idea of how much interaction each guest requires , some people like lots of contact and some are more private and really only want privacy and a good nights sleep . We try to accomodate everyone .
