This spacious and quiet Triplex country house, located in a typical street village of Lorraine, between Phalsburg and Saverne ,at the gates of Alsace .
At your disposal is a large garden ,orchard with terraces,barbecue, semi-center private pool (in summer only, inquire about opening ). Reunions but noisy noisy parties allowed.
A car is essential for urban entertainment.

The space
150 m2 on 3 floors :a fully equipped design kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge ,freezer in the adjoining laundry,dishwasher , induction hob , coffee makers, kettle,toaster,raclette machine,washing machine) with a central island conducive to user-friendly exchanges! Living room with large corner sofa.
Upstairs, 2 redecorated connecting bedrooms, a large bedroom with pool view and a large bathroom WC with double basin and beautiful corner bathtub.
On the 2nd a large air-conditioned master suite (2 twin beds of 80 attached with electric bed base and extra bed of 90 for one person)with shower room, billiard lounge area and dressing room.(reversible air conditioning)
Note that sorting waste (recyclable paper and plastics not to be mixed with household waste) is part of the house's obligations, otherwise the waste is not collected.
